How We Make Your Patches
From your first message to the parcel on your doorstep
1. Same-day quote.
Send your artwork, size and quantity, and we'll reply with a firm price the same working day.
2. Digitizing and free proof.
Our digitizers turn your artwork into a stitch map and send a free digital proof showing size and thread colors. Revisions are unlimited until you approve it.
3. Production.
Standard production takes 20 to 30 days from proof approval. Rush production takes 10 to 14 days.
4. Quality check and shipping.
Every batch is checked against the approved proof for color, size and stitch quality before it's packed.
