Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the details you give us so we can quote for your patches and produce them. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and — if you provide it — your company name. Alongside that we collect the details of the job itself: patch type, size, quantity, embroidery coverage, backing, border, thread type, delivery preference and any notes you add.

Artwork you upload. Design files you send us are stored so we can digitise and produce them.

Messages. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence so we have a record of what was agreed.

We do not collect payment card details through this website.

How we use it

To prepare and send your quote, to produce a digital proof, to manufacture and ship your order, to send you an order confirmation, and to answer your questions. We also keep records of completed orders so that repeat orders can be matched to previous work.

We use your information for these purposes only. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

Email delivery. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery provider, which processes the recipient address and message content in order to deliver it.

Hosting and storage. This website and its content are hosted with our hosting provider, and blog content is stored in a managed MongoDB database.

Shipping. Courier partners receive the name, address and contact number needed to deliver your order.

That is the full list. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

A single session cookie is used to keep the site administrator signed in to the private admin area. It is not set for ordinary visitors and it does not track browsing.

If we add website analytics in future, this page will be updated before we do.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to 24 months, so we can pick up a conversation if you come back to it.

Order records and artwork are kept for as long as needed to support reorders and to meet accounting and tax obligations, and are deleted on request where we are not required to retain them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it for any purpose you have not agreed to.

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under the GDPR or under state privacy laws such as the CCPA. We apply the same standard to everyone regardless of location.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to order records and artwork is restricted to the people who need it to fulfil your order. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes to how we use your information will be described here rather than made quietly.
